Notification in accordance with Part III, Title III, Section I, of the Consumer Protection Code (GvD 206/2005): The booking represents a legally binding accommodation contract, whereby you commit to take over the booked rooms for the agreed period as well as to the corresponding payment. On our side, we legally commit to keep the booked rooms available for you. In case of non-compliance, the contracting parties are obliged to compensate for the damage incurred in accordance with Art. 1218 of the Italian Civil Code. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the following cancellation conditions apply in accordance with Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code:
- Cancellation up to 21 days before the agreed date of arrival: cancellation of the accommodation contract without cancellation fee
- 20 to 15 days before the agreed date of arrival: a fee of 30 % of the total price applies
- 14 to 8 days before the agreed date of arrival: a fee of 50 % of the total price applies
- 7 to 4 days before the agreed arrival date: a fee of 70 % of the total price applies
- Less than 4 days and up to 1 day before the agreed arrival date: a fee of 90 % of the total price applies
In case of a cancellation on the day of arrival, non-acceptance without cancellation, late arrival, or early departure, 95 % of the agreed total price must be paid.
